Barrett is executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Kaleida Health, in Buffalo, New York. He serves as a business partner to the executive team and leads the areas of talent acquisition and recruiting; learning and performance; labor and employee relations; employee health and safety; and compensation, benefits, payroll, and human resources information systems.
